It reinterprets the Canon 16mm f/2.8 with robust armor constructed from solid 6061 aluminum. The lens hood and internal mask are crafted from metal, reinforcing the unit entirely. Lacking a manual focus ring and external switches, it relies on internal motors for adjustments, suitable for rapid movement without displacement. Compatible with RED cameras, it offers focus and aperture control. It sufficiently covers up to 7K on RED VV sensors and provides full-frame coverage for Canon R series cameras without vignetting, supporting autofocus and electronic aperture control.
