The ARRI/Zeiss 150mm Master Prime lens is a part of a 16-lens series that offers superior resolution, enhanced contrast, nearly zero breathing, and a quick T1.3 aperture for delivering shallow depth-of-field. Spanning from 12mm to 150mm, Master Primes are recognized for their color rendition and skin tones, with all lenses color-matched to ensure consistency. These lenses feature a nine-blade iris for cinematic bokeh with a clear focus fall-off. The dual floating elements enhance close-focus performance and minimize breathing when focusing. The cutting-edge T*XP coating diminishes reflections and glare while boosting contrast. Constructed with aspherical elements to reduce chromatic aberration, the ARRI/Zeiss Master Primes offer superior image quality and clean chroma-keying. The high resolution is maintained even at image corners when the lens is wide open and in close focus. Each lens comes with a built-in LDS system for transferring lens data to compatible cameras. The extensive focus scale provides ample space for marks and has fluorescent inscriptions for ease of viewing in dim lighting. The focus ring is reversible for both feet and metric measurements; it can be changed from one to the other by a professional technician. This 150mm Master Prime Lens comes with a minimum focus distance of 4' 11", focus marks given in feet, a weight of just 8.8 pounds, and a compact length of 8.3 ". The lenses in this series have a standard placement of focus, iris, and zoom rings for easy usage with follow focus, zoom control, and F/I/Z wireless systems. Even though most Master Primes have a standard 114 mm front diameter, the longer 150mm has a front diameter of 134mm.
