If you are selling multiple items under one listing, be sure to note what is being sold in the description. You want to make sure your listing is very clear. The last thing you want is to have a frustrated buyer complaining about items they didn’t receive.

Before you list your item online, do some market research to see where you should price your item. There have been several times I’ve gone to list something for $400-500 only to find out that its only worth $100-200. That can be very frustrating, for both the buyer and the seller. A quick Google search will save you a lot of frustration in the end.
Another thing to keep in mind when selling your gear online is that even if you bought your item last week and now you don’t want it anymore, it is still a used item. Like almost anything else, as soon as the gear is delivered to your house or taken out of the store, it’s value decreases. If you are unable to return your item for a full refund, you’re likely going to have to list it for at least 15% off of the sticker price.
