The 12mm T2.9 Cinema Lens from the 7artisans Photoelectric Vision Series is not only compact and durable, it's designed to seamlessly fit into your standard cine lens workflows. Optimized for the Sony E mount, this ultra-wide lens displays focus scales in both feet and meters. Its generous T2.9 aperture offers a tasteful soft bokeh, producing subtly blurred out-of-focus areas, while the minimal T16 aperture minimizes distortions that can occur from overly narrow aperture openings. The lens gives you the precision of a 270° focus throw and is equipped with standard 0.8 MOD cine lens gears for focus and iris control. Being a part of the Vision series, this 12mm lens shares consistent focus and iris gear positions with the Vision 25mm, 35mm, and 50mm lenses, saving you time during lens swaps. The lens accommodates an 89mm front diameter and an 82mm filter thread for attaching optional filters directly. Note: Kindly note that this lens is specifically designed for mirrorless cameras and is not compatible with SLRs or DSLRs.
