It enables you to create 3D "Dollhouses", 3D Scans, Blueprints, and even infrared measurements of the space you're in, for the consideration of things like furniture, etc. Its a capable camera. This one has approximately 25-28 properties worth of scans. Its got the vast majority of its usable life left. Its been cleaned and inspected for function and operates like new. Its been stored its entire life in a humidity and temperature controlled space as well, in my studio. Never been around smoking or pets.
