It features a 15-blade iris that creates cinematic, oval bokeh with significant focus fall-off. The lens ensures minimal breathing during focus and no 'fat face/anamorphic mumps' effect. With no visible drop-off at the image corner, the 2.39-format image is fully usable. Specially created for digital cinema cameras, ARRI/Zeiss Master Anamorphic primes deliver optimal image quality when coupled with an ARRI ALEXA 4:3-format camera. These lenses, which also work with film cameras, have a near telecentric design that reduces colour fringing and shading in image corners. This anamorphic lens grants a 2.39:1 aspect ratio to your image when applied to a Super-35 sensor. The 135mm Master Anamorphic Prime Lens weighs a light 8.4 pounds and it has a compact 8.9" length. Made with geared focus and iris rings, it functions well with follow focus, zoom control, and F/I/Z wireless systems. Its PL LDS mount transfers lens data to apt cameras.
