A Super Multi-Layer coating is also applied to reduce lens flare and ghosting. The Optical Stabilizer system offers up to 4 stops of shake correction. The durable magnesium alloy construction is both lightweight and built to endure challenging environments, sealed against dust and moisture and featuring a brass bayonet mount. A 46mm drop-in filter system and a rotating tripod collar enhance usability, making it ideal for tripod or monopod mounting. This telephoto lens is further extendable with Sigma's Global Vision teleconverters for increased focal reach.
