This Canon RF 100-500mm has been one of my favorite pieces of gear — a true workhorse that's never let me down. I used it mainly for wildlife and outdoor sports, and it gave me the reach, sharpness, and reliability I needed to capture moments I would have missed with anything else.

It’s light enough to carry all day and fast enough to nail focus even when the action was at its peak. The image stabilization is incredible, and the clarity across the full zoom range still amazes me every time I look back at my shots.

Why I'm letting it go:

My work has shifted, and I’m just not shooting the kind of subjects that need this much reach anymore. Rather than letting this incredible lens sit on a shelf, I'd rather pass it along to another creator who can put it to good use.

Condition:

Gently used, always kept in a padded case, and well cared for.
